Ri-Scan System

Ri-Scan is an internal operations system built for a team that has to keep track of a high volume of scanned bags moving through shops and CIT routes every single day. Before the project, that reconciliation happened across spreadsheets and paper — the goal was one screen that answers the question "what happened today?" without anyone having to assemble it by hand.

The control panel opens on a live summary: CIT routes, shops visited and bags scanned for the current day, followed by aggregated all-time statistics and a seven-day trend chart. A breakdown by bag type splits the totals into money, postal, voucher and change categories with their share of the whole, so anomalies stand out immediately instead of at month end.

Underneath the summary, dedicated CIT routes, Shops and Bags views let operators drill into individual records, while a recent-flights table shows the last synchronized days with per-route shop and bag counts and a closed/open status. The interface is role-aware, so administrators and regular operators each see the tools that belong to them.
