GuardAgent

GuardLock Bt. is a Hungarian company working in cash processing, cash-in-transit and investigation. Every month each client gets an invoice built from the same building blocks: deliveries at a contract unit price, a fuel surcharge per delivery, a processing fee calculated from the amount of cash handled, currency processing at the current euro rate, change supply and other services, each with its own VAT treatment. Putting those invoices together by hand in Számlázz.hu, client by client, took days and left plenty of room for typos.

We built GuardAgent around the files the team already had. They upload the monthly company Excel and the fee table, and the system matches every client to its partner record, applies the right fees and calculates every line item, VAT key and total automatically. The diesel surcharge and the euro exchange rate are set once on the dashboard and applied to every invoice in the batch, and the euro figures are read straight from the Excel file.

Nothing is issued blindly. Every invoice opens as an editable draft, laid out like the final document, with a warning whenever a client cannot be matched to a Számlázz.hu partner. With one click the team gets the real PDF preview from Számlázz.hu, and the whole batch can be tested as proforma invoices before switching to live e-invoices. Once everything checks out, the batch is sent in one go, and every invoice issued is recorded in a searchable log.

Because the system handles financial data, access is protected by two-factor authentication, and the Számlázz.hu Agent key never leaves the server. The result is a monthly billing run that takes minutes instead of days, with the calculations done the same way every time.
